Improving your health through exercise has many physiological and psychological benefits. The scheme we offer runs for a period of 24 weeks and aims towards improving the health of individuals with medical conditions. Exercise programmes are designed by our qualified GP referral instructors to meet the individual needs of the client.
At the end of the 24 week period, an assessment is completed which reviews progress made and a decision is made whether you are able to enter mainstream training or continue on the programme.

This scheme is ideal for people with a wide range of medical conditions who need exercise to improve their health. Our fully qualified GP Referral Fitness Instructors will give you a personalised activity programme that is both beneficial and enjoyable. It will also be compatible with your personal health and medical needs. Ask at your local surgery or give us a call.
